How to Find Your Training Course

How can I locate my training courses? 

Your assigned training will display on your dashboard under "My Training."

You can also locate your assigned training by clicking the "My Training" tab on the navigation bar.

The training course is not displaying on my dashboard. Can you assist me with this?  

A course enrollment will typically take about 20 minutes to process. It is possible this has not finished processing yet. Try back in 20 minutes and if still do not see the course displaying on your dashboard, please email your training center for further assistance. 

I used to have a course on my dashboard and the course is no longer visible. What happened to my training program? 

All of Sandler online courses are available for one year from your enrollment date. Your course access may have expired, please reach out to your training center to inquire about reinstating your activation.
