Sandler Certification - Client Deliverables

Process for Certification Courses to Be Added to Franchise Sandler Online Portal

Upon completion of the different levels of certification, the corresponding Sandler {BRONZE & SILVER} Certification course will be added to the available offerings in the Franchisee’s portal. Once they are added, the Franchisee is ready to register and administer certification to clients.

Single Unit Franchises (includes US and Canada), Area Developers, and Master Franchises:

1. SSI will activate certification assignment in Sandler Online for the Franchisee. 

Sub-Franchises (UK, Poland, Australia Only):  

1. A Master Franchisee will request the certification assignment for an International Franchisee/Associate*. 

*A Franchisee of a Master Franchisee can become a Certified Instructor, provided that the Master Franchisee is certified.

Learner Certification Delivery Requirements

1. Instructor is certified at the level they are delivering certification
   • To deliver Silver, the instructor must be both Bronze and Silver certified.
2. Sandler Foundation and Sales Mastery program materials
3. Enrollment in Sandler Bronze and/or Silver Certification course on Sandler Online

Delivery of live Instructor-Led Training via virtual or in person on the topics
